Hot Sausage Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients:
1 lb Italian sausage, removed from casing
1 cup beer (lager or ale works best)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Cook the Sausage:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Prepare the Dip:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, beer, shredded mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Bake the Dip:
